How to find a show handling classes
We have posted a list of handling classes in California below.
(click on link to view)
To find show handling classes near you, click on the link below, then click on your state on the map and a list of training clubs will come up.
Search for a club near you that offers “handling” and then either go to their website or email them to inquire about show handling class times.
Often clubs offer weekly handling classes for about $7-$10 a class per dog and they are often held on weekday evenings. Many professional show handlers have attended classes like these (or teach the class!) so they are highly recommended.
If you want to take your bully program to the next level, invest a little time to work with an expert!
The trainer gives pointers on everything you need to know in the show ring as well as helping you learn how to perfectly stack your dog.
This information is generated by another registry but it’s great information and all that should matter is whether it will help you take things to the next level…and it will!
And don’t forget, we are the ambassadors for our breed, we won’t rehabilitate the bully image if we only interact with other bully breeders so check out these options and show the other world that our jaw dropping bulls can also do well in the show ring.
FYI, the ABBA will increase the number of show handling classes offered prior to our shows as well, just part of our commitment to helping our breed and breeders. Good luck and good showing.
